Dear Denise,
You and I know how special Bob had been, he remains special, nothing can change this. He made me felt like I had another Dad in England, he was very positive and goes extra mile to solve problems of others .His type as a Land Lord are very few.
I shall hold on to his kindness and love nature .

What a lovely man he was; full of warmth and great stories. It was joy to be able to chat with him and hear about the adventures that you two did together (so many lovely trips, I got some great recommendations from him)- I always felt he was living his best life up until these last few months. When Bob was here in March, he talked about how much you did for him and how appreciative he was- these last few months must have been very hard.
